Anybody else in Northern Virginia notice something strange on their January and February bills from Washington Gas? The payment from the previous month on my bill shows up in the "overpayment" field. My last months bill shows up in the "last month's bill" field. There is a zero in the "payment received" field. The amount due field is correct, but it is very strange to look at. I think they installed new software in December because the bills took on a completely new look. I noticed the problem in January, but figured they would have the problem fixed by now. Guess not.
