There are some crude drawings at the Fallen Flags website...the URL is: http://www.dnaco.net/~gelwood/ Scroll down to 'Seaboard Air Line' and then scroll down past the listing of models. There is a line 'Seaboard Steam Drawings'...click there. This is the Master Mechanic's drawing book...just about all non-articulated engines are there. They are not construction quality drawings, but someplace to start.

The Decapods you are talking about were a stock Baldwin design of the 1920's. Drawings of them appeared in Model Railroader in the late 1960's, (1968, I think)but couldn't tell you exactly which issue. They may also be in the MR Cyclopedia Vol. 1, Steam Locomotives, but again, I'm not certain. Not where I can check on that one.

Hope this helps steer you in the right direction, anyway.
