Hello, I have mpeg video stream (.mpv) and mpeg audio stream (.mpa). I want to create a mpeg file which should compactible with videopack, so that I can create index points in the mpeg file. Anybody knows any software that allows to change the GOP or change the sequence header of an MPEG file?. Thanks
