TNT Rerun Skips

Why does TNT keep skipping certain episodes in syndication? Every rerun cycle skips episode 2.10, 3.10, 4.10, and 5.10...weird!

I'm just taking a guess because I have the episodes on tape and don't watch TNT anymore, but they may be skipping the Christmas episodes. Last year they ran all those during Christmas week.

It is irritating that they do that, I e-mailed TNT last year with exactly that question and I actually got an answer!! They said that certain [?] holiday episodes are only shown when it is "time appropriate." I wish they would just stick with the order. My tape collection is complete except for 310 and 410. Phyl says TNT showed those episodes during the last Christmas season, I don't know how I missed that.

They did show all Christmas episodes (except the current season) towards the end of this past December. Also, it used to be that a show in syndication could not show a particular episode unless that episode has already been shown as a "repeat" on the network station. There are still a handful of episodes which have never been repeated on NBC, so that might be why you do not see them on TNT.

yeah this christmas jumping really is annoying. I just was catching up on season (s) that I've missed, as I just recently found ER. And they skipped the christmas episode and I missed a lot of essential stuff. I wish they would stick to the schedule as well.
