opinions sought - QQQ puts (nasdaq-100), orrr INX puts (Cboe internet index) ??

For the same outlay, one could purchase QQQ's that are much closer to the current respective index price than are the INX's you'd get for the same money. (You pay for the volatility I guess?) But INX's have greater upside potential due to this index being composed specifically of 'net tulips, and because there's so many more ticks (?lingo may be fubar?,) i.e. QQQ current price 194ish, INX current price 770ish...each 1 point below your strike still being worth $100 per contract.

What sez you all?
