Hrm, exercise. :)

I've never used a fancy-schmancy exercise bike; the last time I used one was in my apartment complex's exercise room, which has reliable, but not cutting edge, equipment. I'm more of a StairMaster person, actually, since it doesn't bother my asthma as much.

This is reminding me that I really need to get back in shape again, though...skiing this weekend was pretty hard on my legs. ;)

Is the actual question, "Is Jan a big dork for posting from her gym?" Heh.. now that's funny. No, you aren't a big dork. But posting to your OWN forum from the gym DOES show off your dorky qualities. NOt that that is a bad thing, I'm just saying. And how sad is that, that this possibility of using the net while exercising actually exists. What next?
