Isn't hard living part of the bargain with living in God's Country? Can't get buns for Burger King and it becomes a crisis - my, how the hardy have fallen. ;

"Its like we dont exist up here"

Respectfully, Captain, that's why a lot of folks move to places such as Homer. They *want* to be forgotten and don't crave any attention from the lower 48, especially tax-raising, gov't representatives with an agenda to promote.

Yeah, I've heard of a few problems. Just wait until the next earthquake: then the media will arrive in swams and your ham bands will be clogged with complaints such as, "I can't find any decent pizza," or "This isn't anything like 'Northern Exposure.'"

Idiots, all.
