Technical Details: EOS 300, 80-200/2.8L at 150-200mm. f/2.8 and 1/300 under stadium hotlights, TMAX400CN.

Personal Details: Well, Notre Dame was having its annual mens' basketball season kickoff celebration. There to mark the occasion were Matt Dougherty (the coach), Tommy Hilfiger (of all people :), and of course, Dick Vitale. Dick was given the mic and he engaged the crowd in a ten minute speech, a rousing discourse about his love for the school of Notre Dame. After this, a game was started between two teams made up of a mixture of sports faculty and the ND mens' basketball team. During halftime, Dick was a little bored and giddy, so he grabbed a basketball and tried some free shots from the floor. The shot above was taken then. And by the way, Dick missed 'em all. Heheh. We still love ya', Dick.
