Craig: While I agree that an immediate prediction of a days ride to 800.00 is not very realistic, to discount the possibility of a commodity price reaching an inflation adjusted level to a price it has historically attained is equally not very realistic.

Although I would not need a rise nearly so steep to profit on my inflation hedge investments in gold. The only commodity that rockets to such levels so fast are the dot.com dream company's. Would it be redundant to remind you that just as it is not beyond the pale for gold to increase in price that dot.coms can lower in price.

The only thing that inceases forever is our ignorance and the only thing that decreases forever is our understanding.

Get a life. Anyone with common sense knows that much has to happen before anyone rational seriously thinks about $800. I heard that Wal Mart is offering discounts on people needing to buy a sense of humor. You may want to check into that.
