Can anyone give me advice on a bag to buy with a Rebel 2000 and a 28-105 lens?

I own the rebel 2000 with additional battery pack and the following lenses: 28-80, 50mm, 100-300 as well as the 380 ex speedlight. The tamrac 5202 (photo explorer 2) fits all my equipment and leaves room for film batteries and filters. This is still a compact bag and even can be used as a fanny pack when hiking or biking. Follow this link: http://tamrac.com/welcome.htm Good luck.

Aside from the bags already mentioned, you could have a look at the Lowepro line of camera bags. The Nova2, Nova3 and Nova4 could all suit your needs and are relatively inexpensive. Before buying, however, consider the fact that your equipment will grow in number eventually, so it is wise to buy a bag that is larger than what you need right now. The Nova3 or the Nova4 would leave room to grow. Good luck!
