Hi All

Just checking if there's a way of making chapter marks or index marks on a full 60min mpeg file for VCD just like chapter marks you find in a laser disc.

I know you can 'chop' up your mpeg file into smaller chunks or make a menu to point to each segment but what I would like to do is place a chapter mark say on 0:01:00 of the movie so when I press '1', it will go to that segment.
