In over a decade of researching similar text on the internet, I would say that the Constitution Society's Liberty Library is perhaps the best site for classic reference text on Constitutional thought. You can find them at http://www.constitution.org/liberlib.htm Be patient. Sometimes the index takes a bit of time to download.
