You have GOT to see this photo!

Greetings all. Here is a link that everyone must go to, read and see the photo. I had heard about this account, but had never seen the picture. It's about the 21 week old "fetus" that was operated on for spina bifita. 21 weeks is still "abortable" and many babies with spina bifita ARE aborted. This one was operated on "in utero." At one point during the operation, the baby reached out through the uterus and grasped the doctors finger. You have GOT to see this photo.

This picture is amazing, as is the idea behind this procedure. One thing that always amazes me in the abortion debate is how the pro- abortionist can reconcile the fact that medical science is currently SAVING the lives of these tiny babies at the same time that they are saying that the fetus is a "non-life."

I was just reading about this very same photo (although the photo itself wasn't attached) in a Stand to Reason commentary about the business of harvesting aborted body parts. Now I have a picture to go with the article, so I know it was true. Incidentally, according to that commentary, this is the photo that got Matt Drudge fired from the Fox News Channel. Go to http ://www.str.org/free/commentaries/abortion/babypart.htm if you would like to read that article.

My grandaughter was born jan. 28 2000 at 24 weeks. She is hanging in there. She is incredible to see. She looks like her dad. She has her mothers toes. You cannot look at her and not wonder about abortion. She was trying to breath on her own when she was born.

check her out at http://mjackson.tangra.com/mckenah.htm

While the hand grasping the Dr.'s finger looks heart wrenching. It is only a reflex and not a reach for another human. Not too say that the fetus is not a full real human. It is just not developed enough to know that things are to be grabbed. My Grand daughter is just now starting to respond more to her environment.
