Yep, looks that way...I just asked a question on the schwartz thread here, but since this is new, perhaps I may obtain an answer quicker. What is the debunker forum for? It appears to be a BB of some sort for yelling/profanity, although I'm sure thats not what it is intended for....Pardon my lack of knowledge, but can someone here tell me what the sole purpose of that is and who started the Debunker Board? It gets even better! She threatened to shoot someone with hollow points. That was after she called Anita Spooner an "old battle axe", but before she called Patricia stupid and told her to crawl under a rock, followed by calling Cherri stupid! Does this have something to do with her recent born again conversion to Christianity? Or, is it her way of "protecting cpr" from threats, which she posted as an explanation? Dunno, you make the call.

Keep it clean please! I WILL reserve the right to delete obscene type posts. Using the F-word is allowed, the C-word with reference to women is NOT. Using the N-word to refer to Afro-Americans is likewise a no-no. Threats of violence are automatic deletions, i.e. "I am gunna hire me a hitman to take so and so out". Spamming of the board with constant OT type posts, "planets aligning" etc, will also be candidates for deletion. Once is more than enough if it is clear a poster is at the wrong webforum. this is a webboard focusing on the Y2k issue.

You want to advertise go to TB2000 and do so, they like it there. That be it, if ya have to ask, don't do it. Do not be afraid to post if you are a "newbie" to Y2k. As you have no doubt seen, the debate is often heated. The only dumb question is the one not asked. Chances are nobody has a clue who you are, so don't be bashful. Make up a name if this concerns you. This board requires no passwords or registration, just a desire to better understand this Y2k issue is all.

Consumer: Originally, debunking was an effort to correct misinformation being spread about the internet regarding Y2k. THAT explains the effort, but just as TB2000 is diverse in personalities, so is THAT forum. SOME debunkers want to see the messengers of the misinformation revealed, and others are content that the misinformation has been corrected.

Unfortunately, when ANY two philosophies conflict, there are those who refer to ALL on the other side as "You and your ILK." So far, no one has been deleted or banned from the Debunker site. This means that folks who were deleted or banned from EVERY OTHER Y2k site on the internet have found a haven there.

Personally, I don't think there SHOULD be any deletions or banning on Debunkers. If folks can't see what people think and judge for themselves the inconsistencies or errors in their thinking, people are deprived from making their own decisions on that thinking.

*I* continue to post there, despite the "You and your ilk" comments. I continue to post here also. Take whatever you read with a grain of salt, and don't judge an entire forum by the thoughts of select posters.

Perhaps more in line with your post, I don't post at Debunkers because I've been deleted anywhere else. I AM/Have always been optimistic on the unfolding of Y2k, so I "belong" at Debunkers as much as I belong HERE. [lol...which really means I don't belong anywhere.].....or means that there are fine folks on both boards.
