Willemssen, Director of Civil Agencies Information Systems Issues, before subcommittees of the House Committee on Government Reform and the House Committee on Science. GAO/T-AIMD-00-70, Jan. 27.

I haven't seen or read the testimony... but expect that it will be interesting. Just thought I would pass on the word. I don't believe this testimony is available on the website yet - if so, there would have been a link.
