Unfortunately,it says to contact the manufacturer,that there is an internal memory problem.

I sent my qv 11 in and company said 85.00 to fix or 5.00 to return to me--I had already payed 5.00 for postage to them & they could have told me up front---they wanted my camera------no more of their camers>>>>>
