Hi ALL I have a few movies with the .ASF extension.

What type of software, and how do I do it , to covert this to a VCD. I know how to make VCD's, just don't know how to do these little ol .asf

Can't find any good websites either on the subject.They look like they have good quality and compression. I am sort of a new-be, so take it easy on me. :)

check this out......http://cdr-info.com/articles/videoCD/index.html asf doesn't have a great decompression to it.....the vcd will look like crap...it might be better for you...give it a whirl and write back

There is a wery good program for this (and a lot of other things to =) and it's freeware!!! It's called Virtual dub and you can find it at: http://www.geocities.com/virtualdub/index.html
