Just recently, maybe yesterday, there was a comment about how last year the oil industry had 93 incidents and so far over 400 just in Jan 2000. Anybody remember where? Anyplace this sort of data is easily and briefly summarized by the way? I'm getting hassled by my brother about routine breakdowns at refineries, but I think he's just upset because his wife stashed six months of tuna fish and he hates tuna fish.....
