Yesterday the NRC announced a change in the timing of public releases of information concerning nuclear plants:

I looked through the page but cannot tell if it will affect the plant status and daily event notification, though current reports show yesterdays' date. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

Boomlet, This was also brought up at EUY2K (www.energyland.net). It's my understanding that the daily status and preliminary notifications will continue to be released daily. The "ADAMS" information release will actually provide online access to documents that you previously had to go to NRC "reading rooms" located at libraries (usually university) in/near cities with nuclear plants to access.
