Photography is a language. It allows communication between people who can express themselves in that language. Images of Photography is a forum for photographic conversations. Not conversations about photographs, but conversations using photographs. No words are allowed. Anyone can create a new thread ('ask a question'). That post ('question') must be a photograph.

Similarly, anyone can post a reply to a thread. That reply must also be a photograph. It must, in some sense, answer the question. It must be relevant. It must speak to the previous photographs in the thread. There must be a connection to your image. The connection may be subtle or obvious, but remember that you are participating in a conversation.
