Glitch reports, would like e-mails of giltches happening around the world

I'm still building the database of glitching. Or is there a url that shows me each country's glitch reports.

Brent, aren't you busy enough tracking the refinery data???? Phew. You keep long hours. It seems to me that computer glitches "in se" would be far harder to track, and really problematic to chart statistically: they are so "interior". OBservable, physcial disruptions, whether or not immediately attributable to Y2K, could be far more useful in advising the TB2000 community whether there is SOMETHING OUT THERE.

If there are any other areas that really deserve statistical attention they are these two, which have been bones of contention over the last 3 weeks:

1) NUCLEAR: shutdowns; standbys; scrams, in the current period compared to smae time last year, etc.

2) PIPELINES: ruptures; blasts; leaks, in the curren period compared to this time last year.

Just a suggestion. Thanks for your fine work.

Fine work? Unverified anecdotes and sourceless statistics? Huh? What?
