At our last meeting, we discussed riding to the Philadelphia Motorcycle Show. I'm going to ride up on Saturday, Louis is driving up (at her request.)

The MOFOs are talking about renting a van up. Unfortunately we are at capacity right now. If things fall through though (I should know by Friday), I'll contact y'all for a ride. If the wx is calling for anything less than 38 degrees, forget it. I already did my cold winter riding this season (24-31 degrees, constantly from Springfield to around Darien, GA), and I've had enough! No electrics, no warmth. Bundled like the michilen man with boots wrapped in duct tape and gloves stuffed with crushed toe warmers (these actually worked well on the hands, not on the toes though).

I received two letters from Kawasaki, each giving "you and one guest complimentary early entrance one hour before show open [sic] on Saturday morning" (includes breakfast and personalized digitial photo of you on a Kawasaki bike). Early admission is 9 am. I already told Leon I'll share with him, so I have another letter for another two people. The letters don't have my name on it, so I doubt they are checking IDs or anything.

My friend isn't going to the show, she's meeting someone else in Philly for the weekend. I have to leave about 1-2 pm as I have guests coming over Saturday early evening. If you are interested in either a ride up (I'm leaving my place about 5:30 am, picking up my friend at 5:45 near Fairfax Circle) or the free admission, let me know.
