"technical difficulties" = "Y2K problems"

Freud said "sometimes a cigar is just a cigar". Sometimes web sites just have technical difficulties.

Plonk!,

Yes, indeed. hal@gostek.org is posting similar troll bait on numerous threads using various handles...has been for the past few days.

It sounded like Y2K to me. You think it's not? Prove it.

No hal, you have it backwards. You made a definite statement with "technical difficulties" = "Y2K problems" . Therefore it is up to you to prove your statement, not for anyone else to disprove it.

It appears that this paper has been working fine up to now, so can you at least describe a potential Y2K cause which would allow the paper to be fine up to now, yet fail to be on-line today?

The Austin American Statesman is usually a real waste of time either on-line or on print..unless you own a lot of birds
