my opinion is that they should let hom stay in the U.S. they should also think before they start barging in that poor boys house demanding to take him. they are treating him like a possesion instead of a living being. if his mother DIED trying to get him into the states then the LEAST people could do is keep him in the states. no one knows what kind of person his dads is
