Warfare Chemicals being Tested

The strange-looking streaks in the sky aren't your imagination. They are anti-bacteriological warfare chemicals being tested by the federal government. And the public has been kept in the dark.

Exclusive To The SPOTLIGHT

The Pentagon, and possibly other federal government entities, is testing anti-biological warfare agents, which produce the mysterious "chemtrails" that are appearing on an irregular basis in the skies over many American cities, towns and rural areas, according to a scientific researcher in an exclusive interview with The SPOTLIGHT.

An Air Force veteran, who while on active duty was attached to the nation's top secret National Security Agency (NSA), presents compelling evidence that the Pentagon is using regular Air Force and Air Force National Guard aircraft to release anti-bacteriological warfare chemicals into the skies.

The chemtrails were detected some two years ago over central Virginia. They were initially reported nationally by The SPOTLIGHT.

Since The SPOTLIGHT's original report, thousands of people across the country have contacted this newspaper about the tell-tale streaks in the sky. Some casually look at the "contrails," thinking they are from a plane's engine exhausts condensing water vapor into a visible cloud.

UNLIKE TRUE CONTRAILS

If you closely watched the trails over an extended period of time, you can tell they are unlike regular aircraft contrails. The chemtrails do not rapidly disperse. Instead they gradually spread out in a lacy pattern, ultimately forming what appear to be banks of clouds.

Even after fanning out, the chemtrails can be readily spotted because the banks of clouds are in straight lines across the sky as they mesh together. Sometimes they turn an otherwise sunny day into one that is overcast.

The former researcher told The SPOTLIGHT that he believes he has tracked the chemical spraying to the "unconventional pathogen countermeasures program" of the top secret Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The agency has funded laboratory studies and tests conducted by scientists at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

DARPA Director Lawrence H. Dubois claims the agency is "not doing any large-scale or outdoor testing" and he knows of "no evidence that [the chemical substance] is being sprayed from aircraft by any agency of the federal government." However, The SPOTLIGHT's source said he is convinced that DARPA is deeply involved in the massive spraying.

EXTENSIVE RESEARCH

"After talking to friends in Congress, government and medicine, I have been referred to the University of Michigan and Dr. James Baker Jr., his nanotechnology oil-water liquidthe same liquid developed by Dr. Craig Wright, a scientist at Novavax Inc. in Columbia, Md.," the researcher said. "I speak for thousands of American citizens who are being sprayed by military aircraft and haven't a clue why the government is spraying and lying to them. They are very concerned in light of the present administration."

The researcher said the government is planning for a biological attack against the United States. Government officials have referred to such an attack as "not if, but when."

A number of Third World countries hostile to the United States as well as Russia and Red China are involved in massive chemical and biological warfare development programs.

The government and its scientists claim that the chemicals being tested are harmless to humans. The re search er disagrees.

"Certain illnesses including pneumonia tracked the spraying effort across America but the American people have not been told about the project," the researcher said. "In fact, government agencies have deliberately lied to the citizens again and again.

"These aircraft trails appear below 10,000 feet and do not act like ice crystals. Spray from aircraft are observed cutting on and off as you would throw a switch on the aircraft control panel. Grid patterns are painted in the sky with 'X' and circles are also painted."

According to the researcher, the oil in the substance being sprayed is responsible for "rainbow-like" colorations that appear frequently during the formation of the chemtrails. The "X" found in an area being sprayed probably marks the areas for satellite study of the dispersal patterns.

ATTACK

Government officials are concerned about a biological attack against the United States involving the use of the deadly disease anthrax, which several countries, including Iraq and North Korea, are developing as a biological weapon.

Government officials also are concerned about the development of a pandemic outbreak of a deadly flu, similar to the so-called Spanish flu that killed tens of millions worldwide in 1918.

Recent outbreaks of a new flu strain in Hong Kong, which appears to be transmitted by chickens, has given rise to fears about a pandemic outbreak developing and quickly sweeping across the globe.

As it turns out, the chemical substance is being tested at the University of Michigan under Baker's direction. Ba ker, a professor of internal medicine, serves as director of the Center for Biologic Nanotechnology at the university's medical school, which is effective at countering flu viruses and anthrax spores.

The substance, called BCTP, is a milky-white emulsion of tiny lipid drop lets suspended in solvent developed by Wright, chief research scientist at Novavax. Wright is also president of Novavax Biologics Division. Novavax is a bio pharmaceuticals company.

BCTP is made of water, soybean oil, Triton X 100 detergent and the solvent tri-n-butyl phosphate. BCTP envelops the viruses and spores, causing them to explode and thus destroying them upon contact.

The researcher told The SPOTLIGHT that he believes the Clinton administration is using BCTP as a countermeasure against anthrax, dead ly influenza and other potential biological killers. If, for example, the government instituted a full-scale anthrax vaccination program, the public would panic, the researcher noted. This is particularly true in the wake of a mandatory anthrax vaccination program instituted by the military, he said. Many critics are convinced the military is using an unsafe vaccine.

"I believe the government is undertaking experiments with BCTP, a means of countering an anthrax or other biological attack without anyone being at war," the researcher said. "It is, I think, a case of 'what they don't know won't hurt themit may help them.'

"But the point is, you don't experiment on the public without their knowledge and consent, or at least that is the way it's supposed to be," he added.

Flu Virus (Influenza A) Killed By New Material, BCPT 09/26/98

Press Release: San Diego, California, September 26, 1998 - Novavax, Inc. (Amex: NOX), announced today that BCTP, an antimicrobial "nanoemulsion," is showing promise in killing influenza A virus, the most common form of flu virus. The data from two separate preclinical studies were presented by University of Michigan (U-M) researchers at the annual Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy (ICAAC) in San Diego. The U-M research associates, Andrzej Myc and John D. Reuter, issued their findings to colleagues in a poster presentation at the ICAAC conference, considered one of the countrys top gatherings on infectious disease.

BCTP is an emulsion or "nanoemulsion" developed at the Novavax laboratories in Rockville, Maryland, by D. Craig Wright, M.D., chief scientific officer at Novavax, Inc. Laboratory studies conducted by Novavax indicate that BCTP may inactivate most if not all enveloped viruses that cause human disease, as well as spores, bacteria and sperm.

According to the first study, BCTP reduced viral antigen levels by 99.6 percent in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells incubated with the influenza A virus. MDCK cells are commonly used by researchers to evaluate the toxic effects of viruses. Along with the virus, the MDCK cells were treated with five different lipid emulsions developed by Novavax, including BCTP. Using two different assay techniques, the number of cells infected with the virus were then measured. While all five formulations slowed the spread of the virus, BCTP was the most potent.

In the second in vivo study, different liquids were inserted into the nasal passages of four groups of laboratory mice. Control mice in Group 1 were given ordinary saltwater. Group 2 received BCTP alone, Group 3 received influenza A virus and Group 4 was given a mixture of influenza A and BCTP. Mice receiving influenza A and BCTP stayed healthy, while all the mice who received the virus only developed severe pneumonia and two out of the three mice died before the conclusion of the study.

"These are preliminary, small-scale studies, but the results indicate this material, called BCTP, shows promise as a new weapon against the influenza A virus," said James R. Baker, Jr. M.D., professor of internal medicine and director of the Center for Biologic Nanotechnology in the U-M Medical School. "Its main advantages are its rapid killing action, lack of specificity, and the fact that it is non-toxic to skin and mucous membranes."

"We learned several important things from these preliminary studies. The first is that BCTP is a highly effective killing agent for the influenza virus both at the cellular level and in living animals. Equally important is that BCTP had no toxic effects on nasal or lung membranes," continued Dr. Baker. "Weve shown that if we treat the virus with BCTP as it enters the nasal passages, we can prevent infection in mice. The next step is to see whether we can administer BCTP and the virus separately and still prevent infection. And the final step, of course, is to see whether it works as well in people as it does in mice."

"We believe the emulsion acts on the enveloped virus by first fusing or merging with the lipid envelope of the virus, opening gaps," said Dr. Wright. "Then the solvent, carried by the lipid structures, destroys the inner membrane of the virus. Finally the detergent, also carried by the lipid structures, degrades the inner contents of the virus."

Influenza affects approximately 10-20% of the U.S. population every year, resulting in 20-50 million cases annually. Approximately 20,000 Americans die as a result of influenza each year. While influenza vaccines are relatively effective at preventing the flu, there is a need for additional therapies.

BCTP was developed using Novavaxs proprietary emulsion technology. The technology is currently being tested for additional applications, such as the inactivation of anthrax spores and sperm. In collaboration with the National Institute of Health, spermicidal testing of several of Novavaxs emulsions will begin either late 1998 or early 1999.

Anyone see the History channel on America Undercover this past weekend? Fairly indepth report of government/army bio/chem covert experiments on the unsuspecting American public. One diligent woman reporter spent five years digging into the plutonium injections of eighteen people in the late forties. Then, among others there was the spraying of a small communtiy in Minnesota in the early fifties - catch this - concentrated on an elementary school. (that might dispell the notion TPTB wouldn't do anything to hurt us). Many of the students have now died of cancer. The last comments on the program were from the reporter who said given all the research she did and everything she learned about the feds and the army, she was quite convinced that history will bare witness to the truth that they have continued to test on the incredulous American people. The program didn't mention chemtrails. But I have seen them and I have seen them on a clear day when other aircraft were simultaneously laying down normal -quickly disappearing contrails. You can pooh-pooh this as "conspiracy nonsense" if you choose, but the Americans who have already had their lives ruined from the experiments our government has already conducted, are irrefutible proof might want to convince you otherwise. Is there anything we can do to protect ourselves? - Pray.

Could this be why so many people complain of respiratory illnesses after seeing the chemtrails? Are they spraying the virus one day, and the BCTP the next?

Hey Krap-pesky, I thought it was all a bunch of right wing hysteria too. Then I saw the "tic tac toe" checkerboards over my town all day last week. Not a normal flight pattern! Now our school district this week is decimated with flu absences. Yes it's true fool. Notice that all the places that have been hit the hardest with spraying: Houston, S.C., , Georgia, Virginia, Indiana, Salt Lake City etc. etc. are not Democratic constituencies, are they? If BillyJeff Clinton is covertly implementing a bio warfare testing program, without the prior consent of the people, wouldn't he douse his political enemies as the guinea pigs first? Before it gets tied up in court orders prohibiting low level mass dosages??? Whether this is counter-attacks or firewalls to prevent a "Sydney Flu" (read re-incarnated 1918) epidemic, too damn many Americans are experiencing this to all be suffering from a mere collective mass delusion. A simple mechanical problem argues against this.

An aerosol released at high altitude simply can't get to ground level before winds at altitude and movement of the local air mass carry it well away from the location under the original release. Spray at 20,000 ft. over Virginia and you will be probably be dosing offshore waters. Spray at 20,000 ft. over any city, whatever the upper-level wind direction, and it's almost impossible for an aerosol to reach that city.

Crop-dusters fly at very low levels over the fields they want to treat. Fly any higher and they'd be dusting the wrong fields.

This is not an argument against "chemtrails" per se -- only against this explanation for them.

Sunday, January 2, 2000 started out with a clear blue sky near Washington, DC. The termperature got into the 60's, which is unusually for January. By mid afternoon, the sky was absolutely covered with chemtrails. These were not normal clouds. I saw them being produced by aircraft. The whole sky was hazy with stripes of white in the afternoon. The following week, hospitals in the area were overwhelmed by people with acute respiratory infections. Coincidence?

At 7:30 a.m. So. Calif, 60 miles east of Palm Springs, Landers, Ca., the contrails looked as though someone was weaving cloth, North, South. Have been watching them for months, but this morning it was particularly a sight.

However, what Tom says makes a lot of sense, provided this was regular material being discharged.

One other point, this is the area that has the 29 Palms Marine Corps Base. Contrails thick over the base. This is all for FWIW.

--Although I remain 100% convinced of the reality of the spraying (eyewitness, my eyeballs, several times), I think this mass innoculation theory is not correct. It gives a sort of psywar "soothing" effect. I believe that "it" is to wipe out-as in waste or "kill"-huge numbers of people in such a way as to make fedgov blameless in the media. Plus a story like this is great to get the crews to go along with the spraying. Demographics don't lie. The ageing of the population beyond what "scientists" and actuarial projections indicate that the country will become bankrupt within a few years to a decade, without poopulation reduction. Furthermore, the spraying is going on globally, because the globalists big money realize that natural resources are being used at a rate faster than new sources can be found, ie, they need to cull the herd. Here, and abroad, and the "usual" methods of genocide are too clumsy, and lead to political and economic strife, wheras "disease","a new strain of flu" or "attacks" by "rogue terrorists" can be easily used as excuses.

Bottom line, governments as a whole are just not that caring of their populations anymore, governments exist to extend the status quo control of the large international companies and their political puppets in areas around the world.

It's coming. Scratch that-it's here. Much more important than y2k, and I've stated that before, several times. Keep coughing pollies...

Hey, guess what, tt?

From our few e-mails, I understand that we both live in Northern Virginia, within miles of one another. Well, tonight I have finally seen these chemtrails overhead!!!

I left work nearby at 5:30, and was so happy to see that it is getting lighter out each day...the weatherman said this week that we are gaining 3 minutes per day...that I couldn't help admiring the beautiful medium-blue of the sky, with the moon hanging in the NOT- clear air...for there above me were X-shaped trails, lower by FAR than contrails (and we near the Dulles and Reagan airports and all the military bases near DC KNOW a contrail when we see it!!!)...and they were HANGING there, not moving or dissipating. When I drove into my parking lot at home at 5:45, they were still there, and at 5:50 when I decided it was safer to get indoors than to keep pondering these trails in the sky that have never been seen there by me before.

I have believed this was factual after visiting several websites devoted to photos of it, and from the accounts of many reliable, solid citizens who aren't near being in the funny farm or having a bad LSD trip. But now I personally have seen them this evening. I want to know who and what and why this is being done.

How does an observer know what the altitiude of the "chemtrails" are? Without a theolodite or radar, it's virtually impossible to tell the altitude of anything in the sky. If the aircraft producing these effects are, in fact, below 10,000 feet, it should be possible to observe them with good binoculars. Has anyone been able to see these planes and get a description? Why would spraying take place at such a high altitude in any case? The material would, assuming it wasn't diluted in the air, drift for many miles. I have seen contrails exactly like those described for years as part of normal flight activity. This seems to require a lot more proof.

U. S. Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Sec. Sec. 1512: Transportation, open air testing, and disposal; Presidential determination; report to Congress; notice to Congress and State Governors

None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or any other Act may be used for the transportation of any lethal chemical or any biological warfare agent to or from any military installation in the United States, or the open air testing of any such agent within the United States, or the disposal of any such agent within the United States until the following procedures have been implemented:

(1) the Secretary of Defense (hereafter referred to in this chapter as the ''Secretary'') has determined that the transportation or testing proposed to be made is necessary in the interests of national security; (2) the Secretary has brought the particulars of the proposed transportation, testing, or disposal to the attention of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, who in turn may direct the Surgeon General of the Public Health Service and other qualified persons to review such particulars with respect to any hazards to public health and safety which such transportation, testing, or disposal may pose and to recommend what precautionary measures are necessary to protect the public health and safety; (3) the Secretary has implemented any precautionary measures recommended in accordance with paragraph (2) above (including, where practicable, the detoxification of any such agent, if such agent is to be transported to or from a military installation for disposal): Provided, however, That in the event the Secretary finds the recommendation submitted by the Surgeon General would have the effect of preventing the proposed transportation, testing, or disposal, the President may determine that overriding considerations of national security require such transportation, testing, or disposal be conducted. Any transportation, testing, or disposal conducted pursuant to such a Presidential determination shall be carried out in the safest practicable manner, and the President shall report his determination and an explanation thereof to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives as far in advance as practicable; and (4) the Secretary has provided notification that the transportation, testing, or disposal will take place, except where a Presidential determination has been made: (A) to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives at least 10 days before any such transportation will be commenced and at least 30 days before any such testing or disposal will be commenced; (B) to the Governor of any State through which such agents will be transported, such notification to be provided appropriately in advance of any such transportation.

U. S. Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Sec. 1520a: Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents

(a) Prohibited activities The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract) - (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(b) Exceptions Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes: (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity. (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents. (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

(c) Informed consent required The Secretary of Defense may conduct a test or experiment described in subsection (b) of this section only if informed consent to the testing was obtained from each human subject in advance of the testing on that subject.

(d) Prior notice to Congress Not later than 30 days after the date of final approval within the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be conducted by the Department of Defense (whether directly or under contract) involving the use of human subjects for the testing of a chemical agent or a biological agent, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the Committee on National Security of the House of Representatives a report setting forth a full accounting of those plans, and the experiment or study may then be conducted only after the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date such report is received by those committees.

(e) ''Biological agent'' defined In this section, the term ''biological agent'' means any micro- organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized component of any such micro- organism, pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its origin or method of production, that is capable of causing - (1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human, an animal, a plant, or another living organism; (2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or materials of any kind; or (3) deleterious alteration of the environment.

Because of concern over the possible use of biologic warfare (BW) by a foreign power against the United States and its allies, President Roosevelt in 1942 established the U.S. Biological Warfare Program. During the 1950s and 1960s, Stanford University and other contractors for the U.S. Army Chemical Corps conducted dispersion tests using fluorescent particles of zinc cadmium sulfide (ZnCdS) as part of the BW program in Minneapolis, MN; Corpus Christi, TX; Fort Wayne, IN; St. Louis, MO; and 29 other urban and rural locations in the United States and Canada. The ZnCdS tests were conducted to determine how BW agents disperse in various environments and to determine the munitions requirement (the quantity of a material required to achieve a particular military objective) for the strategic use of BW agents against selected cities and other areas. The ZnCdS particles were not themselves BW agents, but rather were nonbiologic simulants of bacterial particles. The compound was considered to be desirable as a nonbiologic simulant for the following reasons: it fluoresces under ultraviolet (UV) light and therefore can be easily detected; its particle diameter (2-3 5m) and mass, and thus its behavior in air, are similar to those of BW agents; it is economically feasible to use; it was thought to be nontoxic to humans, animals, and plants; and it is relatively stable in the atmosphere. Upon learning of the dispersion tests in the early 1990s, government officials and citizens in cities where the tests had occurred raised concerns about the thousands of people who might unknowingly have been exposed to ZnCdS. After some information on the tests became public, people living in areas where the tests had been conducted attributed various illnesses, including cancer and reproductive difficulties, to exposure to the chemical. In response to the initial expressions of concern from the residents and from Congressional representatives of Minneapolis and Corpus Christi and senators from Minnesota and Indiana, the U.S. Army Environmental Hygiene Agency (AEHA) prepared reports that retrospectively assessed the health risk to humans who had been exposed to ZnCdS in those cities. The AEHA assessments were based on a review of the toxicity of cadmium because little information on the toxicity of ZnCdS was available in the scientific literature or in Army files and because AEHA considered cadmium to be the most-toxic component of ZnCdS. AEHA did not believe that zinc, an essential nutrient that is toxic only at high doses, would contribute to the toxicity of ZnCdS. In the AEHA reports, human exposures to cadmium were estimated from ZnCdS-exposure monitoring data recorded at the time of the releases. AEHA concluded: "Conservative evaluation of the available data using EPA risk assessment methodology and comparisons with available standards, ambient air data, and health effects information indicates that the measured concentrations in the test areas should not have been associated with any adverse health effects for residents in the test areas. The estimated excess cancer risks are much less than the risk levels generally considered acceptable by the EPA. These comparisons and evaluations indicate that the ZnCdS tests posed negligible health threats to residents of the test areas."

I'm getting to be a veteran in the chemtrail saga. Our location has been sprayed continuously since before Thanksgiving. I first spotted a perfect X over my house in a gorgeous blue sky. They proceeded to tic tac toe the remainder of the sky and we were overcast in no time. At once we tasted a foul unpleasant taste in our mouths and breathing became difficult. Continued on during the day for weeks until recently. Now it is at night. They are spraying very low now. A heavy fog is evident and the sun has a glow in the mornings. The hospitals are jammed. Every thing from flu, pneumonia, on and on...Folks, at this point I don't care if anyone believes it or not as I live with it everyday and it's a fact. By the way, we live up-wind from Houston and I know the entire area around Houston is being sprayed heavily. Are we just collateral damage? Yes, it has been pointed out to the media and they chose to play deaf and dumb. I believe an incredible blindness has overcome people because they chose the lie rather than the truth. Could it not be possible that the military is just testing a delivery system? That the vapors are loaded with plain old flu just to see how effective the delivery system is? That the vapors could later be laden with lethal bugs to be used against enemies in other countries? They could collect stats from the cases of reported flu in those areas that are sprayed and get a pretty accurate picture of the effectiveness of the delivery system. They could learn which altitudes and patterns work best without having to learn these things the hard way, during battle. So a few old folks and children die. They probably think the knowledge is worth the price.

I stopped taking pictures of the chemtrails myself. Problem is that most American people are complete losers. I have personally told, and shown live proof directly overhead, many friends and they respond "so, like, where are a we gonna party tonight." No one cares except a few. You could practically talk people into inhaling chemtrails straight from the tail of a plane for a welfare check or a hit of crack. It's a truly sad place to live. F all you people that say if you don't like it move to another country...problem is your in MY country and you need to move yourself. I don't care WHAT they are spraying and for what reason. The fact is something is being sprayed and it shouldn't be happening. wake up sheeple, we live in a globalist poltical/economic system. Things can only go downhill from here on out. The elite globalists have their own agenda..we are not isolated in America from the world. 90% of Americans have never witnessed what goes on outside the "land of the free" and if they did they whould probably weep. Keep on not believing, watch the Simpsons and eat a steak..everything will be just peachy :)

Hi maid! We've been posting off 'n on, but are really busy, finishing some creative prep projects and savoring every minute of this miraculous new, deeply appreciated chance at normalcy. It's great!

Nope, it won't satisfy the sharks at all.

We're really proud of all our posts on TB2K. We went all-out to try to help as many ppl as we could, typing reams here, attending too many .gov meetings and nudging TPTB to take remediation seriously, which maybe they did ... or maybe it wasn't necessary (?) ... or maybe, who knows? We'd like to know the truth behind the whole thing, very curious indeed, so still watch.

We really thought Y2K would precipitate mega-disasters; we thought Rollover would be spectacular fireworks of embeddeds popping the tripwire all over the globe; we really were quite frightened but kept plugging away on our modest preps. We were discouraged about humanimal reaction, and the constant mean vicious sniping on TB2K didn't/doesn't reassure us on that score.

The "ripping" thread was funny, a buncha petty mean-spirited boorish neener sniping sharkies simply displaying their character flaws for all to cringe and bear witness to their base raw motivations.

We always said the Doomers were the true optimists because they were ACTING and HELPING to try to come thru trying times with warmth, humor, food, water, health, sharing, love and prayer.

Don't sweat the Cravens. Thank God the archives are preserved to tell the true story!

I had the same thing happen to me with my co-workers one day this week. When we went out for lunch, the planes (at least six) were laying down chemtrails all over the sky in parallel and intersecting lines. I pointed it out to those with me (it was so obviously NOT "regular" that even an idiot should have been able to recognize it), and all they said was, "Hummm." When I asked what they thought it was, they just shrugged and said "Where we gonna eat?" No clue and no desire to get one.

The majority of people in this country are like the steers standing in line at the slaughterhouse. They're fat and happy, just waiting for the butcher to hit them between the eyes with the sledgehammer.
