Yes...Steve Balenger is J D Balenger's son. He is taking over Countryside Magazine this winter as JD is retiring. If you are into self suffiency Countryside magazine is a MUST. If you are thinking of moving to the country this magazine will be of great help. Its basically written by its readers. I can't recommend it enough. I have had a subscription since 1973. My only regret is that I did not keep all the magazines over the years. Would give my right arm for a complete set. Taz
