Per a poster on Roleigh Martin's site, on the Jan. 6th 11:00pm news (NBC channel 7) Traverse City Michigan warned that Michigan may begin to experience electricity shortages in the coming months...in the form of brownouts and blackouts. Has anyone else heard of this?
