ACCC asked to probe handling of Y2K bug

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is being asked to investigate the computer industry over its handling of the Y2K bug.

Queensland Labor Party backbencher Neil Roberts wants the ACCC to investigate whether there has been collusion in the industry to use the problem to reap profits.
