They have always performed excellent service on my M series camera, slide projector and V35 enlarger, all within a reasonable time. They have available the machines necessary to ensure that their apparati conform to the stringent tolerances that are the hallmark of Leica quality. I would never dream of entrusting my gear to anyone else for repair or modification.
