Reflecting upon y2k having been a bust, I think the two groups of people who suffered the most from all of this are... 1. The Travel Industry 2. Lawyers I feel sorry for the first group.

Would number 1 be the travel industry that attempted to cash in on this once-in-a-lifetime event by jacking up rates for hotels, parties, cruises, etc. by 100/200/300 percent or more, and then was left holding the bag when they found few takers? Sorry--can't feel sorry for them, either.
