SSA online web site fails

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Grassroots Information Coordination Center (GICC) : One Thread

Using Social Security's form to request an earnings statement failed. Said "We are unable to match your information with our records." I double checked the information entered and still the same message.

Anyone else tried it?

this has been going on since day one on that site (couple months ago). i think their program is flaky and has been. plus very unfriendly. i could NEVER get my report to print out and i knew the info was correct. and what is worse, they have this strange clause that says if you don't correct errors within a certain # of days, you are stuck with what their system says!!!!!!

No problem using it.
