Why is the debunker site listing the date as 01/01/100??????

Is the website script (site not owned by the debunkers). I for one think its been a hilarious and ironic past few days.

First TB2000 members (including Diane) crash themselves into oblivion by all attempting to archive at once (not robot "attacks" Diane, and you know it, 'fess up). Now the debunkers forum is running in the year 19100. So funny, and a good laugh on us who post there.

But I was always easily amused.

Dear factfinder

PERHAPS one or two archive attempts were amde on the first night. thereafter, robot spiders were involved in atacks at 4 websites, including a backup site on greenspun, Ed's Humpty Dumpty site, and a site remote to greenspun, the last 3 had NOTHING to archive, but DID have people posting there.

Phil pointed out which were the robots and blocked them via IP address blocks to help keep the system up and NOT kill his ancient servers.

Diane is NOT the source for the comments on robots. that comes from the guy who watched his servers getting trashed.

Awe Chuck, I really wanted to keep this thread light hearted. But if you insist, I can produce: 1. The thread Diane used the words robot "attacks". 2. The entire thread where the "archiving" was discussed...the problems started THAT night. 3. Phils earlier posts blamed robots, but his latter emails correct this and stated it was archiving (at least the last ones I saw).

But please, don't make me hafta go to all that trouble :)
