Please be respectful, folks

Well, a significant thing has occurred - lights are on and production at my shop is running very well. I realize that processing difficulties lie ahead, but I can't help but feel a crushing burden has been lifted. The last few months I have been building up a tremendous amount of negative energy to "deal" with what I was certain would happen at rollover; it didn't happen the way I'd predicted and I suddenly feel like I have my world back.

I'm being absolutely sincere when I write I did not expect this. I plan to lurk here again sometime in the future because I truly enjoyed working with you people. The level of technical expertise and the vast knowledge of, well, everything here never ceased to amaze me. But for now I'm taking my life back.

Before I leave I'd like to make two very simple requests: Please be good to one another. And please respect the fact that most people who contributed here wanted only to help you and your loved ones. I have lurked here long enough to understand that there are hard feelings between a number of groups and individuals. In my opinion you all performed wonderfully and you've earned my respect and admiration.

Catch ya on the flipside, dudemeisters... wait, we're already there! I wish you all a very happy new year and I hope you're as excited about it as I am.

for sure .. i believe *everyone* is sincerely grateful for whats not happened. but! .. it aint over til its over. anyone who has regularly kept up with this site, and other sites, knows that the problems are just going to be starting, not ending, with cdc.

while i'm thrilled to see so many things working 'normally', i wont breathe my final sigh of relief til late spring.

EXCUSE ME???I think that has just been disproved.

EXCUSE ME???I think that has been otherwise.

Cherri; (Patting Cherri on the back) Gloating is not gracefull Cherri. You might take a lesson from those of us who at this moment are looking at the possibility of having to say we were wrong AND having to remember that there were times we were s*its. I have observed over these many years that shoes have a way of swapping feet while one is not watching... :)
