Huh? It's all green, guy (not that it's true, but hey, it is green)

So does every other country on that web page ....

Russia is ALWAYS like that - see how those ratings are stated as "normal"? Ever read the paper on how bad things are over there?

Not Y2K. Try again.

I think you are misreading it. Did you see our listing, it looks like we are bad if you misread it.

The Green boxes on that site are highlighted, showing all systems in Russia are normal. If there were disruptions, those columns would be highlighted in either yellow or red. Maybe you just misread the column headings?

Maybe I am reading wrong, but under Significant Reduced Capacity (third column to right) they are reporting significant outages all the way down the screen. Either this page is a bitch to read or I have had to much to DRINK... I hope it is the later.

Every single country is green in every single sector. Interesting note at the bottom of Japans, say's entire country is on Holiday until jan. 3, 2000. No mention of the n reactor "glitch"

I think Toast is referring to the third column. If this is true, this is disturbing....but who the heck knows?

-- Mello1 (Mello1@ix.netcom.com), December 31, 1999.

Actually, Gambia has a Yellow under Government Services. Everything else in the world is green so far.

The columns are the possibilities: The first column is normal, the second is for moderate problems and the third is for serious disruptions. They are only pertinent if they are lit up, i.e. the second column would be yellow IF there were mod problems and the third column would be red in the event of a serious problem. At least that is my take on it.

All of the third columns for all of the countries in the world have the same "significant outages," etc.

These columns will be highlighted if and when a problem is reported; the grenn column will be white and the appropriate column will be colored yellow or whatever.

If you will look at the date at the top you'll see that it hasn't been updated since the roll-over.
