Second Official Y2k Report from Oz post Y2k

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

This is available at http://203.2.193.77/news-details.cfm-id=77.htm

Basically, much the same as the one before. "No news is good news".

I'll monitor the UTC/GMT changeover, then go get a few hours sleep (it's been over 13 hours straight for me).

To all those who thanked me for reporting, glad to be of service. I'm not ornamental, so try to be functional.

1029 on 01/01/2000 in Canberra, Australia, and All's Well. For which I am very grateful.

Thanks, Alan,

If the GMT rollover doesn't get you, we'll feel a lot better here. Please let us know.

Dog Gone:

I think that UTC turn-over will occur at the same time here as in Aust. (:o).

Best wishes,,,
