I think it's a parrot of some type.....or a thickness of plastic.....anyway, the important thing is to stay tuned to that FEMA site to see what they are up to.....I predict some major updates to that site tomorrow morning.....not likely tonite because the FEMA guy probably is going to go to bed in a few minutes........
