Hello everybody!

I'm searching for an additional lenshood for following lens: AI-S Nikkor 800mm f8,0 IF-ED; serial number: 179484 The outer diameter of the original lenshood is 135mm.

The normal lenshood seems to be too short if the sun is very deep at the horizon. Some people told me, that the HE-4 (additional lenshood of the Nikkor 600mm f5,6 IF-ED) is the right one for my lens.

Nikon had answered my question to this point like follows: The HE-4 is not the hood I shall look for. They told me to look for the additional hood of the MF 300mm f2,8 (Nikon number JXB10066).

This hood is sold out.

Is there anybody who is owning one and who like to sell it? Any other advices?
