The Information Coordination Center (ICC) of the President's Council on Year 2000 Conversion is supposed to be operational, beginning on December 28. I just checked the general status links and none of them are live. Anyone know why the site is not operational as they said it would be? I went here trying to find out more about nuclear plants since the NRC site's links were broken. No luck here either.
