If you learned one thing in the entire process of the tails of Bill's philandering it should have been, the leaders and spokespersons of our governments will always speak with a forked tongue. When presented with facts that conflict with any given statement they have made, they will always say, "it depends on what the meaning of the word is, is."

For you people who have bet your life on the government, it depends on what the meaning of the word "ready" is.
