A three day snowstorm has been spotted in the Western Pacific. Predictions are that it will move westward around December 31, 1999. It is also predicted that it will hit most countries as it moves west. The storm will intensify as it enters the east coast of the US at midnight December 31, 1999 (Eastern Standard Time).
