Did Santa bring you all what you asked for? I got the 'Totally MAD' collection that I wanted. All 500 issues of MAD Magazine on 7 CD-ROMs! My two boys love it as much as I do.

Enjoy your CDs. You'll only be able to use them for another 6 days.

Boom,

Not quite. I have a generator, 750 gallons of fuel and deep cycle batteries. I'll have juice. My laptop is also very energy efficient.

It's best to save your generator to power devices that will help you survive. Your laptop won't be one of them. . .

I got lots of clay stone bakeware (yeah!), Mag flashlight, liquid hand soap foamer (makes soap last a long long time), manual coffee bean grinder, PJ's, up to date photo of grandchildren, dutch oven cookbook, and some pretty little items from the grandkids. All the family together and lots of good food.

Got my shotgun, a Choate pistol-gripped full stock and 200 extra rounds of ammo. Yippee!

Well,I was given a Garden Design CD for Christmas which I really wanted.Unfortunately I decided to download Norton AntiVirus & latest Windows '98 patches before playing with the CD.

Guess what ? Colour management & screen area adjustments are now inoperative so cannot run the CD.Am I annoyed? YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Can I solve the problem ? No!What am I going to do ??? Lie in wait for a techie. There's one going go pass in in three days & I can remember changing his diapers !

(Some virtues in being one of the older generation)

Surprise, surprise!

I got a Freeplay AM/FM solar/wind-up radio from my DWGI son and daughter-in-law. Maybe they HAVE been listening...

Kids all able to come home for Christmas was the BEST gift I could have asked for...and did :') Got a new compound bow from DH. Have arthritis something awful and have hard time using my old 45 lb. straight bow. (God, it hurts to get old!) The new bow is soooo much easier to use.

JustMe...want to sell that old recurve? I'm a traditionalist and haven't found a recurve in some 18 years or more that was worth having.

It's not a recurve...it's a straight bow. Love that old bow;, but I'm just too old to pull that much power back anymore. #2 daughter now has it, so it will be going on it's fourth generation of use.

Justme...ahhhh! My mistake. ~s~ It is good that you have someone to pass it on to....I may be cutting my own. Native freind has taught me some things such as that, but I've never done for myself....might be one of those things in the end that saves my life, so I better get with it, eh? Take care and peace to you... The Whitebear...
