To whom shall we write to complain about Laura Ladyillogic's spamming? Is it something like netabuse@aol.com?

Try "abuse@aol.com".

For good measure, cc it to "Postmaster@aol.com"

I'll ask my GF in the morning...she had some guy giving her much less crap and they cut his connection. Sysops should look into what I posted about the law last year. Ed Yourdon might consider a lawsuit for character defamation or whatever...she's hung herself if they go after her. Trace her IP and see if AOL truly IS her server. Then contact the law and they can get her name and address to file the suits and complaints against.

You can complain to any ISP by e-mailing to abuse@name of ISP.com, as in abuse@aol.com, abuse@mindspring.com. Complain to both--AOL might be interested in the fraudulent use of their name.

For the Subject line, I would suggest "Out-of-Control BBS Guest."

I've always used ***SPAM COMPLAINT*** in the Subject line in prior situations such as this and have gotten remarkably quick responses. FWIW

How about "need_psychiatric_help@aol.com"

I just checked her I.P #. She has two of them. They are:

152.175.202.208

171.211.33.2

BOTH of them come back to AOL.

I can confirm the above info re aol origination. (Posters' IPs appear on posts at Debunking Y2K.)
