You can complain to any ISP by e-mailing to abuse@name of ISP.com, as in abuse@aol.com, abuse@mindspring.com. Complain to both--AOL might be interested in the fraudulent use of their name.

For the Subject line, I would suggest "Out-of-Control BBS Guest."

She's at AOL. And the Sysops have filed an abuse complaint. I'll phone AOL directly tomorrow.

Maybe if enough of us complain, AOL will cut her off.
