The week ahead....

I've thought a little about what might be in store for the "sheeple" (of which i am one) during the week ahead... At one time i was thinking that perhaps MLaw might happen... but not really anymore. The successful PR of "its all fixed" has resulted in no need for the sheep herders (gov) to do anything other than to position their people and watch over the herd when the wolves attack. Not much they could do anyway other than create a stampede (panic) at this late date. So unless some big terrorist event happens prior to y2k, I don't think we will see anything different from any other day, no panic, no mass withdrawals of money and no preping (other than the 3 day food stuff for some).

Oh the gov might pre-position some stuff and perhaps even people(but will say it is not y2k related). I would think some supplies and people have to be delayed to the last minutes (which might account for the 28th date)... but nothing that would make the general population have any concerns.

Its a cut and done deal. Y2k for the GI's either happens where our insurance policy is used, or it doesn't happen and we just wasted our money like we do with most insurance. But its a nice feeling to know that i do have a little insurance for that rainy day. Merry Christmas Everyone! I've made my New years resolutions and I'm going to be a little more thankful for God if he pulls us through all this mess.
