greenspun.com : LUSENET : Imaging Resource Discussion : One Thread

Is there a hard drive or memory card larger then 128 megs for the Kodak DC-290? I was told that the ATA II IBM Microdrive will not work with the Kodak 290,

Any Ideas?

The information you got about the Microdrive is correct. It is a CF type II card. The largest CF type I card that I have heard of is the SanDisk 160MB. That's not all that much larger, but I think it's about the best you can do for now.

You could also consider getting something like a Toshiba Libretto, and downloading on the move. Second Hand would probably equate to less than the memory cards of equal capacity!

regds.
