One GOOD thing that may come out of Y2K

If Y2K hits as hard as many of us here believe, for once in as long as I can remember, the financial markets just may have a short lived "freedom" that hasn't been there in a long, long time. Y2K scares the institution to death because they can try to spin it, turn it, censor it, etc. Bottom line, if TSHTF, we won't NOT be able to see it and react to it. The Crock market and the Nasqwack may come back down to mother earth where their skinny asses belong. GOLD and PM's for once may be able to return to the levels where they belong. Just for a while. It would be great. Sure, lots of people would be wiped out, but just as many have been decimated by "value investing" in sectors (precious metals and energy) that have been artificially held down for years and years (energy broke loose last spring). Every dog has it's day. Will ours be soon??? Hard to say. Stay tuned
