Guard Says Not Concerned Over Y2K - (MILWAUKEE) -- Officials at the National guard say they're not planning to have extra people on hand for the changeover to the new millennium. A spokesperson for the Guard says that an earlier discussion of having the troops dispatched in case of any Y-two-K problems has been scrapped. Only a skeleton crew will man the phones for the center for the National Guard.
