FUNNY here in washington DC last night they were looking for a blue van with texas plates , it was on all of the news , ?

Have been a lurker here for about a month but have been a GI for about a year. I heard on Fox early this morning a blue van was spotted in Washington D.C. with bombs in it.About an hour latter I heard it again & they said it had TX. plates. My Son is flying in from AT&T headquarters in Newark N.J.on Friday to stay a few weeks. He is a DGI but he thinks I am going crazy over y2k & so he will be with us over the rollover. I was never crazy about going to the Dallas Airport but this time I am a nervous wreck. This group is the most helpful to me,keep up the great work. Joyce

Jeez! I'm sure once the guys in the blue van heard that everyone was looking for a blue van they went right out and bought some black spray paint. Texas plates? Just steal someone elses.

Why one earth would TPTB let the guys they are looking for KNOW they have been identified? It just doesn't make sense.
