FEMA Ads in NH: How to Cook over an Open Fire

Unconfirmed, but from a reliable source (FWIW) - FEMA is apparently running television ads in Northern NH advising people how to cook over an open fire. FIL (who's a GI) has seen the ad. Any other confirmation here?

Now why would you need to learn that (stupid way to teach it any way) if you're only preparing for a "3 day storm"? You could survive on read to eat junk food for a couple of weeks, unless ...

The funniest thing about this is that it is aimed at a target audience which knows how to do this already. Federal $$'s at work for you in places it is not needed. :-)
