I sure would like to learn the process of how to pickle hard boiled eggs. Thanks!

Freddie...I've seen several answers to that question recently because I posted it on another site. The one I went with was boiling the eggs and peeling them while still hot. I kept the peeled eggs in a pan of hot water. Put some vinegar with some seasonings such as jalapenos and worscheshire sauce in a pan and got it to a rolling boil. I then put the eggs in a heated jar and poured the boiling solution on it. I imverted the jar to 'bake' the lid. I imagine you can boil the jar to sterilize it as you would in a normal canning process...the eggs I did a month ago and are yummy. I haven't done any for long term yet, but that should be the basics.

My dad always used the left over juice from canned pickled beets - I think he got that idea from bar food - he was playing the single's scene during the 70's. Pretty tasty, though he never canned them, just let them sit a day or two in the fridge.
